what if we want our lights down by a certain date?
We are happy to work with you to schedule a take down time that meets your schedule.
do we need to be home when you come to do the installation?
Absolutely not! Our crews are able to install all of your exterior holiday décor regardless of whether or not you are able to be there.
We already own Christmas lights, will you install them for us?
Unfortunately, no. Since we are not able to warranty the quality of lights that we do not provide, we only install our own décor.
What happens if my lights stop working or there is some other problem?
Just give us a call! Within 48 hours we will send one of our technicians out to resolve the problem and get your holiday displaying looking as good as it did the day it was installed.
Do we own the decorations or do we lease it?
All lights and décor are included in our service. With our service you will never own a tangled mess of old, worn-out lights again. Your holiday display will look new and fresh year after year because we replace the décor as needed. Also, you maintain the flexibility to change colors upon renewal.
Do you carry liability insurance?
We are fully trained and insured Christmas lighting professionals.
What areas do you service?
We service the greater Oklahoma City area, including but not limited to Nichols Hills, Midwest City, Moore, Norman and Yukon. Although these are our primary service areas, we will always do our best to either get you on our schedule or get you in touch with the Christmas Décor franchise in your area.

What if I want different features added to or taken away from my display the next season?
Before each holiday season, we send out client renewal information. At this time, you will be able to select each feature you would like to keep or add, and also let us know if there is anything you want to leave out for this season.
Every year, i have always used the same color of lights, but i was thinking of doing something different this year. Am i stuck with the same color each season?
Not at all! Before each holiday season, we send out client renewal information. At this time, you will be able to annotate any changes you would like to be made, regarding the color for any part of your display.
